JOIN US, Saturday evening, for a tender conversation during tough times about “STRESS”….
D is for December and D is also for “D – pression”. Depression is an accumulation of stressful thoughts. Thoughts are the only causes of stress. So, in order to manage stress we need to deal with thoughts. In order to deal with thoughts we need to know what they are in essence as well as the house they live in, which is the mind. To manage is to organize. To organize is to create perspective. To create perspective is to create harmony and order. Stress management is the leadership of the mind in order to create harmony between thoughts; for a free flow of desires and actions. Our insights for stress does not just give you a respite from harassing thoughts but provide you with the necessary tools to always put them into perspective for better living. Sounds simple? Let’s get together, share a cup of warm tea and talk about some of these blessed tools, with special presenter, Sharron May.
Sharron May is co-owner of May Unlimited Inc, offering
“holistic designs for people, places and projects”. With 25 years experience in transformational technology and consciousness research, Sharron applies a whole-systems approach to providing innovative and integrated solutions for her clients
whether for a landscape, a hairstyle, an organization or a lifestyle.

Continual University Winter Series, meets at:
Tribalive Studio, 124 N. Maple St., TC, Michigan
We ask folks to contribute to the “Continual Cause”….
In keeping with the commitment and flow of our first CU presentation on Time-Banks and local economy, a suggested donation of $8 is asked, which CU will in turn provide a $10 Continual Note to each participant. The Continual Note can be used as a donation towards future programs in the series, or towards goods in our CU Shop, gathered and created by local artists. All proceeds raised will be used wisely towards funding continual, if not continuous gatherings. The Continual Note is an experiment we hope to pair with Bay Bucks, aimed at becoming an accepted means by which to continue the CU local gatherings and meeting of minds, bodies and souls, while contributing to a small, independent institution.
